ABOUT THE PROJECT
Auqco Clothing started as a personal project, but it quickly evolved into a thriving business. What began as a passion project for fashion and design soon grew into a full-fledged operation. Initially designed for direct-to-consumer sales, Auqco successfully gained traction in the market and achieved 6 figures sales less than a year
Strategic Shift: In response to the challenges, I pivoted the business model from direct-to-consumer to a B2B (Business-to-Business) supply company. This new direction focuses on:
Supplying jerseys to universities, schools, and events.
Creating long-term, stable partnerships with institutions.
Shifting from looking for individual customers to attracting businesses that need bulk orders and consistent supplies.
Impact: By shifting to a B2B model, Auqco has been able to tap into a sustainable revenue stream, build relationships with key partners, and expand its presence in the event and university sectors.
